The “Live in 2025” CWA Annual Communications Conference

Save the Date

For the first time since 2019, the CWA is going LIVE in 2025 again for our annual conference! Workshops, networking, cat ears, swag bags, cat show book signing, awards banquet, “kittens,” and all.*

The dates: Friday and Saturday, October 24-25

The place: Indianapolis, Indiana, USA

Details are still being firmed up beyond that, so if you’re a CWA member, make sure to read your CWA emails as more info emerges. See the tentative schedule, below.

Not a member? Check this page periodically for updates.

Tickets will go on sale in August.

*There will be a Virtual CWA Conference option, with two full days of workshops, for those unable to attend in person. Both live and virtual attendees will have access to recordings of all the sessions for 30 days after the conference.

L. to R. from top left: Dan Poynter, Dr. Jane Brunt, Steve Dale, Gwen Cooper, Arden Moore,
Dr. Marty Becker, Jackson Galaxy, Susan Logan, Sandy Robins.

Present a Workshop

Join the above list of illustrious speakers who have graced the stage at our past CWA conferences! If you would like to present a workshop at our 2025 conference, we are accepting submissions for live (in-person) workshops in Indianapolis on Friday, and virtual workshops on Saturday.

Live workshop presenters receive a complementary ticket to the remainder of the live conference (with the exception of the awards banquet, which is a separate ticket). Virtual presenters receive a complementary ticket to the virtual conference. Both include access to the recordings of all live and virtual sessions for 30 days afterward.

What knowledge do you have that would help other CWA members and our conference guests? If you want to present a workshop, please complete this form to submit your workshop topic. The conference committee will be in touch with you as we firm up our schedule.
