2026 CWA Communications Contest Special Award Entry Form

Welcome! Please fill out this form once for each CWA Special Awards entry you wish to submit.

For a submission to be considered, entrants must: 1) first submit the entry for a Regular (Muse) Award category; 2) choose the appropriate CWA Special Awards Contest Category; and 3) follow CWA Special Awards Contest Rules. You may pay for your Special Awards entry(ies) after you’ve finished submitting it/them.

Please list the name of the primary author, artist, or creator of the work being entered. This may be a pen name, but should be a legal name to whom a payment can be made, since the special awards come with cash prizes.

ENTRY INFORMATION:

To be eligible for submission, each Special Award entry must first be submitted to a Regular (Muse) Award category. Please read the category guidelines carefully to ensure that the category is an acceptable medium and subject for the award.

If you are submitting more than one SPECIAL AWARD entry, submit each via its own entry form and keep track of your total number of SPECIAL AWARD entries so you can pay for them all at once.

Payment Details

Each Special Entry costs: 1) $30 for Non-members, 2) $20 for CWA Members, and 3) $10 for CWA Professional Member Volunteer Judges. To be considered a CWA Member, one must have to be a current member on February 28, 2026.
