CWA New Member Application

Before applying, please familiarize yourself with our new applicant submission guidelines.

As a reminder, you will be required to submit:

$60 Dues ($45 membership, $15 non-refundable processing fee)
Work samples as described in the submission guidelines.
Your completed application (see below)

Your application will be reviewed by our membership committee. Please allow 30 days from the date your application is complete for a decision. If approved, you will be notified by the CWA secretary and welcomed into the Cat Writers’ Association as a member. If your application is not approved, you will receive notification. Incomplete applications cannot be considered for membership.

Applicants who are under 18 years must have the consent of their parent or legal guardian to apply for CWA membership. If you are under age 18, please have your parent or legal guardian review the consent statement below.
