Due to the generosity of many of you, along with others, we raised $1410 for Tabby’s Place in monies, along with $600 from sponsors, bringing the total raised to $2010. Not bad considering we had initially thought we’d have to cancel our fundraising efforts all together when we canceled our conference.
We also raised over $12,300 in product and prizes, bringing the full fundraising effort to an amazing total of $14,310!

The CWA is not only an organization devoted to the crafts of all things cat-related written, visual, and audio, we are also strong advocates for cat rescue and are proud to be hosting a fundraising benefit for Tabby’s Place Cat Sanctuary of Ringoes, NJ.
Tabby’s Place rescues cats from hopeless situations, with special needs cats the heart, and the soul of the organization. With them currently closed to the public, they need help more than ever to fund their cage-free sanctuary that provides kitties with medical care, food, TNR needs, litter, toys, and so much more.
For every donation made, you are automatically entered for a chance to win one of many raffle prizes from CWA sponsors, Dr. Marty Becker of Fear Free Pets, Iris Scott Fine Art, MyLap Pet Beds, Pet Safe, Pioneer Pets, and Vital Essentials that total over $1000 in retail value! Drawing to be held Sunday, Aug. 16, 3:00 pm, EST, at Tabby’s Place when we virtually present them with a check for donations raised and you do NOT need to be present to win.
