2025 CWA Communications Contest Special Award Entry Form

Each work may be submitted in as many Special Award categories as it qualifies. Please read the category guidelines carefully to ensure that the work being entered was published or produced in 2024 and is an acceptable medium and subject for the award.

If you are submitting more than one SPECIAL AWARD entry at this time, please keep track of your total number of SPECIAL AWARD entries so you can pay for them all at once.
